Delivery Information

The standard cost of delivery to Australia is now just $20.

For delivery to Australia, please allow 5-9 working days from despatch. If you live in a major city, your parcel should arrive within 5 days; however some remote areas may take up to 9 days to be delivered. We would therefore ask that you wait the full 9 working days before contacting us about your order. The above lead time is an estimate of delivery providing that the items you have ordered are in stock. To get a more accurate estimate of the delivery lead time please refer to the individual product page.

The UK carrier company, Skynet will be responsible for the first leg of your parcel’s journey, from the UK to Australia. Your parcel will then be passed onto a local courier and will be delivered directly to your door according to standard delivery procedures. We are currently using a leave safe service which means if you are not in to recieve your package the courier has permission to leave your parcel in a safe place.

Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Tax And Import Duties

There is no requirement to pay Duty or Goods and Services Tax when your goods arrive in Australia providing that your order has a shipped value of less than AUD $1000. Should your order exceed this import limit then you will be responsible for any additional customs charges. If multiple packages arrive in Australia addressed to the same person and sent from a single consignee overseas then the value of all packages may be combined for duty and tax assessment purposes, and will also be your responsibility. Unfortunately we cannot declare packages at a lower value than their actual value to avoid customs charges as this is illegal.

When shopping on our Australian site all the prices exclude VAT. The price you see whilst shopping with us online, is the final price you pay!

Tracking Your Order

You will be informed of a parcel tracking number when your order is despatched, and can track the progress of your delivery here. Very occasionally this tracking number will change once your parcel is passed on to the local courier company, so if you find your tracking number does not work please e-mail our Customer Services team who will confirm the correct tracking number for you.

If you’re not around to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with information about how to rearrange your delivery or pick your parcel up.

Parcelforce Convenientcollect

With the Parcelforce Convenientcollect service, you can pick up your new gear from over 10,500 Post Office locations in the UK. Products that are available for Parcelforce Convenientcollect will have the option available to you when you are on the product detail page or in the Checkout online.


The Parcelforce Convenientcollect service is FREE for orders over £30 and £3.95 for orders under. Simply choose your local collection point and collect once you have received your SMS or email notifying your order is ready for collection. Please check opening times before you visit your local Post Office, and check that there is adequate parking available nearby if your order is oversized. Once you have ordered your items...


  • You will receive an SMS and email confirming your order is with your chosen collection point.  If you have no mobile number assigned to your account you will only receive an email. 
  • When you collect your items at your chosen collection point you will need the booking reference number (included on the order confirmation and dispatch emails) as well as a valid photo I.D. (driving license or passport).


Once an order is placed using Convenientcollect, the address or delivery method cannot be amended. If you change your mind, please contact our customer services team to cancel the order. You can then create a new order using your preferred delivery method.


Please note that if you would like only part of your order delivered via Parcelforce Convenientcollect and other items to be collected in store or for home delivery, please place two separate orders. Each Post Office has a capacity and will be removed from the website when that capacity is full. Parcels will be held at the Post Office for a maximum of 14 days before being returned to Cotswold Outdoor.

Delivery restrictions

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver gas, cooker fuels, lighting fluids, any knives or bladed items and some foodstuffs internationally. Some larger items, such as tents, large rucksacks and luggage may also have restricted delivery.
